We strive to have all orders returned to you within two weeks of the date received.

An .stl file is quite large, so compress it to a zip file then email it to [email protected]. If you need help creating a zip file please contact us.  Be sure to include a completed RX form in your email. For larger or multiple files, or if you would rather not create a zip file, we ask that you upload it to Box or Dropbox and send us the link.

Yes! We can accept any scan as long as it is in .stl format, which is the standard of all currently available scanners.

As a matter of fact they do.  Appliances or restorations fabricated from digital scans tend to fit better as there are fewer discrepancies involved with the process.  However, newer impression materials and stone have great dimensional stability so the fit difference between the two techniques is considered negligible.
